II. As the medium of instruction is English the child should be helped to follow his/her work assigned by certain amount of regular conversation in his/her language at home.
III. If you feel that your ward is not making the desired progress the Principal may be contacted.
IV.Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
V. You should contact the teachers on P.T.M. days to note the progress of your ward.
VI. Absence of your child from school for social functions is discouraged.
VII. Children who are ill should not be sent to school. In case of illness the application must reach the school without delay / fail.
VIII. Lunch box, art & craft material or any other material should be sent along with the child. Any packet sent later will not be accepted for security reasons.
IX. The change in the residential address and telephone number should be communicated to the class teacher without any delay.
X. During school hours your ward will not be granted leave/not allowed to go back home. In case of emergency you should come personally to take your child home.
I. Every student must carry his / her almanac and identity card to school daily, without fail.
II. All the students should arrive at school before the bell is rung for the morning assembly.
III. Students should always be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn on all class days and at all school functions. One who is slovenly dressed or not in the prescribed uniform may be expelled from the class-room or even sent back to home.
IV. Unruly behaviour like shrieking, shouting, using abusive language inside / outside the school is strictly forbidden. Courteous behaviour is expected all the times. The student is judged by his/her conduct.
V. Change of class-rooms between the periods should be done in an orderly manner and silently.
VI. Exchange of articles money among students is not allowed.
VII. Books (other than those used in class or taken from the school library) or magazine and papers CD’s, Pen drive may not be brought to school without the Principal’s permission.
VIII. Care must be taken of all school property. Any damage to the property whether of school or of its inmates must be made good by the parents.
IX. School task assigned by the teachers should be done completely and punctually.
X. Student are not allowed to bring mobile phones.
XI. No student can be permitted to attend the school if he suffers from any infectious disease.
XII. The students are expected to keep their class-room/school campus as clean as possible and throw the trash and the left over in the dustbin.
XIII. Students will keep their bicycles, at the fixed place. They are advised to keep them locked.
XIV. Students are not allowed to go to a relative/friend’s house from school and also not allowed to change bus route without permission.
XV. Students are not allowed to use the school telephone without seeking the permission of the receptionist. They will not be called to answer phone calls during class hours.
XVI. The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles like expensive watches, cell phones, transistors, video games & items of jewellery to school.
XVII. The school reserves the right to suspend a student whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is undesirable and harmful to other students.
I. All the students must be regular and punctual to the school and school activities.
II. Students are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission of the Principal.
III. One who is late or has been absent on the previous day, will not be permitted to enter the class without permission of the Principal.
IV. No leave of absence is granted except on pervious written application from the parent / guardian. Leave may not be presumed except in case of unforeseen circumstances.
V. If a child stays absent without prior information or permission, he/she will be fined for the same @ Rs. 2/- per day. Every pupil is required to put in attendance not less than 75 percent of the total number of working days in the school year. No student will be allowed to sit for the promotional examination unless he or she puts in the minimum number of attendance.
VI. Unauthorized absence for six consecutive days will result in the removal of the name off the rolls.
VII. A student not appearing in Any Test/Examination, due to any reason will be marked absent and would be discredited for the same. The application for sick leave during the examination should be supported by the Medical Certificate. No re-test/exam will be conducted.
VIII. To achieve scholarship / merit certificate / award, it is compulsory to take all exams / unit tests.
I. School transport is available to take pupils to and from the school within the radius of 18 kms. from the school.
II. Transport charges are fixed on the basis of distance.
III. The students using school buses will be picked up and dropped only at the points fixed by the school. No child will be picked up from his/her door.
IV. No student shall be allowed to use the school bus one way. In every case the bus fare will be charged for both ways.
V. If the bus facility is awarded for once, the bus fare will be charged for 12 months of the academic session.
VI. For any change in the bus arrangement, a written request stating adequate reasons thereof should be made.
VII. Transport charges should be deposited alongwith the school fee.
VIII. The students of classes Nur., K.G. & 1st will not be allowed to get down from the school bus unattended, if the parents/guardians do not reach at the said stop to receive their ward, the child will be brought back to school and will have to be picked by the parents themselves.
I. Always do Time-Wish to your parents as well as teachers (especially when you come to school and when you are back at home).
II. Keep your Body and Clothes Clean.
III. Always wait for your turn patiently.
IV. Talk politely.
V. Always say sorry if you have done something wrong.
VI. Say thanks if someone obliges you.
VII. Do your homework daily.
VIII. Keep your books, notebooks and bags clean.
IX. Always speak the truth.
X. Don’t abuse anyone.
XI. Don’t quarrel with others.
XII. Respect your elders and love your younger ones.
XIII. Don’t steal (Don’t take other’s things without permission).
XIV. Use dustbin.
XV. Standup while answering questions.
XVI. Maintain silence whenever & wherever necessary e.g. in Classroom, Study Room & Library.
XVII. Take care of school property.
XVIII. Avoid Thumb sucking & Nail biting.
XIX. Cover your mouth while sneezing and coughing and say ‘Excuse Me’.
XX. Obey elders, teachers and school’s rules and regulations.
XXI. Be regular and punctual to school.
XXII. ADo not bring mobile phones or other valuable articles to school.
XXIII. Do not speak Haryanvi in school/with school mates.
XXIV. Do not invite strangers to school.
XXV. Help others as much as possible.
